big kadai or frying container (to hold 2 cup of rice and other ingredients)

Pre Process

1. Cut the onion into medium pieces

2. Cut the tomato into big pieces

3. Cut garlic into small pieces


Step1: Make the paste


diced onion, diced tomato, diced garlic, black sugar and 2 tablespoon water

Cooking Devices:

Mixer, 1 nos small cup to hold the paste

Step Description:

Put the diced onion, diced tomato, diced garlic, black sugar and 2 tablespoon water in a mixer and make into a paste.

Step 2: Fry the egg


2 egg, 2 tablespoon peanut oil

1 flat pan

Step Description:

Put 1 tablespoon peanut oil and spread on the pan. Break one egg softly so that the yolk doesn’t break inside. Drop the egg contents on the oil place. Wait until all the white places are cooked properly. Make sure the yolk is not cooked. After cooking take it carefully so that yolk doesn’t break. Put it in a flat plate and keep it aside. Similarly do it for another egg.

Step 3: Prepare nasi goreng


2 cup cooked rice, 3 tablespoon peanut oil, 2 tablespoon soya sauce (dark), salt as needed

Cooking Devices:

1 big kadai or frying container

Step Description:

Put 2 tablespoon peanut oil in the frying container and wait until it is heated. Then put the paste prepared in step 1 and fry it so that smell goes off. Put salt as needed. Then put the soya sauce and stir it. Then put the cooked rice and mix it so that it becomes fully dark brown color. Once done put it into the serving container for 1 person and put the 1 fried egg. Put half pieces of tomato for decoration.
